- Sample fabrics to practice on

- Use of hand carved nature inspired wooden blocks, fabric paints and

trimmings

- Demonstration of paint application and design examples

- Block print, decorate a pre-made Irish linen eye pillow

- Instructions on after care of your eye pillow will be discussed at end of the

session including addition of stitching to embellish your final piece

- Take home your Irish linen eye pillow and liner

- A liner filled with flax seed and lavender will start you on your restful journey.
